You can find your candidate number in your StudentWeb (click on "Your status" and then on "Examinations").

The exam in this course is anonymous. You will therefore have to use your candidate number on your project assignments and the final written examination.

In order to log into your StudentWeb you should use your UiO username and password. If you should have problems with logging into your StudentWeb because you lack one/both of these, read the information on this page:

Some more points that has been a bit unclear:

Exercise 2 d): In general the conditional distribution can have variances that

changes with sites, which is not assumed in model (*). Here you can either assume the variances are equal in the beginning or you can extend model (*) tol allow for different variances..

Exercise 3: Assume the epsilon-processes are independent in time

Exercise 3 j): Make some appropriate assumptions on alpha at the first time point.

The following command should be included in exercise 2d:

wheat.graph <- inla.read.graph("lattice_25_20.graph")

You are allowed to put plots in an appendix which then is not part of the 12 pages. Do however then make proper references to all plots.

In exercise 1e you will get 25 missing points and not 50 as stated.

In order to make this part more comparable with 1c and 1d, an equal number of missing points should be used. You can change the the lower threshold of longitude to wheat2$lon>0.2 in order to do this.

We will however accept that you use the 25 missing points orginally specified as well.
