R code + overdispersed children

1. I've uploaded the R script com32b, for the Gott w¨¹rfelt nicht Nils Exercise 14(b); use it, run it, play with the tweaking parameters, understand precisely what goes on. More R scripts will be uploaded next week, also for the cigarette consumption data, for Nils Exercises 22, 23.

2. On the *cursory curriculum list*: the Nlis Lid Hjort FocuStat blog post on overdispersed (and even Markovian) children. WIthout using such terms, parts of this story relate to "p given data" and to Bayesian marginal probability calculations.
