The first mandatory assignment

The first mandatory assignment is now published. It has to be handed in before September 23rd at 14.30. Please read and follow carefully all the instructions. 

NB: Exercise 1 you can start to do this week. Exercise 2 relies on material we will go through in the lectures next week.
