Mandatory assignment

Hi all, 

As we have talked about in class, for the mandatory assignment you should pick a topic from the course and prepare a 20 min presentation. On the course web page you will find a list of topics that have been chosen, so try to pick something disjoint from what you find there. 

The presentations will start Nov. 24, and will be presented in class, as far as time permits. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange a time, and you can present then, either "live" or on "Zoom".
