Welcome to MAT4430! The curriculum will be taken from the book "The theory of quantum information" by J. Watrous, referred to as [W] in the online teaching plan. We follow primarily the choice of topics as laid out in the lecture notes from previous years, as developed by A. Müller-Hermes. These notes are available from the course webpage and will be referred to as "QIT-notes" in the online teaching plan.
