Welcome to the course

Welcome to MAT4380-9380 (Nonlinear PDE).  

Syllabus has been posted at [link] (subject to change). There is one compulsory exercise that must be approved before final examination (deadline: Thursday 18. October). Final oral examination takes place Thursday 6. December. 

The first lecture is on Friday 24. August, 10:15, room 819 (NHA house). The plan is to give an overview of the course and then start with nonlinear conservation laws (Chapter 3.4 in Evans¡¯ book).
