New lecture videos and info

Dear all,

Two new videos are out. One deals with the Rellich-Kondrachov compactness theorem, the other with the Poincar¨¦ inequality.

This will be the last lecture on properties of Sobolev spaces. We are now ready to apply the theory to PDEs.

Next monday we will go through the lecture notes, and I will give a short summary of the main results from chapter 5 in Evans book.

As I have to be away the rest of this week, there will be no exercises this week, but we will resume that from next week.
