Adjustment to the syllabus

We will drop most of Chapter 5 from the syllabus, in particular the going-up & going down-theorems along with the section on valuation rings are taken out.

From Chapter 5, the syllabus now consists of

• p. 59-61, up until the heading "Going up theorem"
• Prop. 5.12 and Prop. 5.13.
