The curriculum for MAT4200 is: Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (pp. 59–64), 6, 7, 8, 9 (pp. 94–95), 10 (p. 106), 11 (pp. 116–123, but not Prop. 11.4, Cor. 11.19, Prop. 11.20, Cor. 11.21).

You can find a set of 40 problems here. Many are old exam problems or old mandatory assignment problems. Towards the end of November, I will also post solutions to these problems.

There will be no lectures Tuesday October 4 and Wednesday October 5.

I suggest that you repeat what we have been through so far, and that you do as many of the assigned exercises as possible.

The lecture room will be available during the normal class hours, so you could meet there if you would like to work together.
