For Lectures 1-8 and 13 it is the pdf lecture notes.

For Lectures 9-12 it is the following sections of the book:

Lecture 9: 3.3, 3.4, 3.5

Lecture 10: 4.1 and 4.2

Lecture 11: 2.14 and 2.15

Lecture 12: 2.17, 2.18 (but not complex eigenvalues), and 2.20 (but not Househoulder reflections).
