Solution to the exam (UPDATED)

Dear all,

I have uploaded today's exam and a suggested solution. We will finish corrections in about 3 weeks.

Update: There was a mistake in x_1 in the solution to problem 5, which I have corrected now. Moreover, I seem to have made a mistake during the lecture on the error estimate for the fixed point iteration: the power k+1 should have been k. I will take this into account when correcting.
