Exercises

So far I have lectured the first four sections of Chapter 2. The next few weeks I will continue to lecture the 2nd chapter. The following exercises might be solved during the lectures:

• Section 2.2.1, page 47:  1 and 4
• Section 2.4.3, page 54:  4, 5 and 6
• Section 2.7.1, page 65:  4, 5, 6 and 7
• Section 2.8.1, page 70:  2, 4, 6, 7 and 8.
