Course organization and course start.

Teaching will be from 3-20/11, starting from at 10:15 on Nov 3rd. Lectures are generally on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and exercises on Tuesdays and Thursdays (with exceptions). A detailed teaching schedule will be published in October.
