The exam + a proposed solution is now available on Canvas under "Files -> Previous exams".

This is a reminder that next week there will be a recap lecture of the entire course plus a guest lecture by Hagen Echzell on End-to-end encryption in group messaging protocols. It is highly recommended to attend this guest lecture since it will highlight a lot of the material we've been going through in this course.?

Previous years exams are now available in Canvas. Go to "Files" in the left-hand menu.

Some students have asked about lecture recordings. I'm not recording the lectures this year, but the recordings from 2023 are available here. Be aware that there might be differences between what I cover this year and what's recorded there. 

The midterm exam will become available in Canvas on October 1. It is due on Wednesday, October 15, 23:59. Submissions are done in Canvas, just like for the weekly problem sets. Remember that you have to pass the midterm exam in order to be eligible for the final exam. 

Note that (unlike the weekly problem sets), the midterm exam is individual, and you should complete it on your own. 

The first lecture will be on Wednesday 20 in Smalltalk, 11:15-14:00.
