Recommended exercises from Section 7.6
I recommend exercise 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 (pp. 243-245) form Section 7.6.
Exercise 10 and 11 are suitable for those who want to do more exercises than the 9 mentioned above.
