SMSLib error in Building DHIS2

The DHIS2 artifactory has been going down.
You can get the smslib from DHIS2 External repo, but for that you have to change the version number
This is currently mention in pom.xml in dhis-2
<dependency>
        <groupId>org.smslib</groupId>
        <artifactId>smslib</artifactId>
        <version>3.5.3</version>
</dependency>

change it to:
<dependency>
        <groupId>org.smslib</groupId>
        <artifactId>smslib</artifactId>
        <version>3.5.2-r2307</version>
</dependency>
