The individual essay requirements have been published on the syllabus page. The deadline is December 15 23:59.

There will be mandatory presentations of the project work at November 18 in the lab at the usual hours (12:15-14:00).

Each group will do a 10 minute presentation + 5 min for questions from other groups and lab assistants.

The presentation must include (but is not limited to):

• Introduction to your task/requirements
• Main technical challenges and your solutions
• A demo of your application
• The plan forward towards the final release

Projects for the group work have been released as well as the deadline for submitting project requests under Projects for group work .

NB! Please note that the first lecture wednesday the 26th of august is in Veglaboratoriet

This course is focused on open source software development and involves programming on real projects. Another course with focus on open source software is INF5780 . We recommend this course if you want to learn more about open source software philosophy, practices, licenses, collaboration and business models.
