Foreman video sequence

The foreman sequence found on the xiph.org website is not identical to the one we are using in this course, so encoding/decoding this video with the given parameters will produce an incorrect output.

We have stored the correct sequence on oslo.ndlab.net in the /opt/cipr directory. Each group should have received login information.
