Obligatory Assignment 3 is posted!
You can find description and suplementary files here or also in the course schedule.
The deadline is set to 15th May, Friday, but if many people will be struggling, we will be extending it by a few days. Please start working on the assignment early, so you can ask group leaders any questions and still have enough time to solve all the tasks.
There will be need to work on the physical robot to fully complete the assignment and we will split you up into groups with designated time slots for that. This information will follow soon.
Due to some last minute changes, we had to cancel today's INF3480 - Introduction to Robotics lecture, which was supposed to be a tour around the intervention center. Lectures will continue as planned from next week.
Sorry about this very late notice!
Next week, there will be no lecture because of the Easter break.
Also, please check the previous message regarding the Oblig 2 assigment. We added few extra days for the assignment (now deadline is Friday, 17th April), so you can relax during holidays :-)
Obligatory Assignment 2 has been posted! You can find it here.
As indicated in the assignment, deadline is Friday, 17th April (before midnight), giving you 3 weeks to complete it.
Please attend exercise sessions and contact group leaders if you have any questions regarding the assignment.
Control Theory lecture was found to be a bit difficult in the previous year, so we highly encourage to spend 20 minutes of your time before next Tuesday's lecture and watch these two great videos introducing PID Control. It will be explained in the lecture, but it will be much easier to follow if you have watched them beforehand:
Video: PID Introduction
Video: PID Example
And we recommend also watching this explanation of Time and Frequency domain, which will give you understanding of Laplace transform. It will be very useful any time you will encounter any signal processing as well:
Video: Time and Frequency Domain
Obligatory Assignment 1 submission using Devilry system should be working now for all students registered to the course. Deadline is set to Tuesday, 17th March, 23:59. If you still encounter any problems, please contact Justinas Miseikis.
Good luck with the assignment!
