Error in some ABP code

Although my code runs correctly (for some reason), Ben has correctly pointed out that the module MESSAGES on page 195 had the following mistakes:

1. The sort MsgContent is not declared or imported.

2. The operator withBit should be declared with keyword "op" instead of "msg"

This is now corrected.  Apologies for the mistake, and thank to Ben for pointing out the mistake
