We have (finally) released a model solution for the CKY problem set, and a new exercise (2b, the second half of the second obligatory assignment). We will review the model solution during the laboratory tomorrow, but would like to not use more than half of the available time on that. In the second half of the laboratory, we want to make sure everyone gets underway with grammar engineering, which will be our focus for the remaining problem sets. To obtain the modul solution, on the IFI Linux environment, it should also work to just type solution2a at the shell prompt, which will create a new directory (of that same name) for you. As always, we ask you to take a close look at our model solution prior to the laboratory; to make that especially attractive, we will reward any discovery of bugs or general problems in our solution with bonus points. In case you see something noteworthy in our solution, please email both Arne and Stephan beforehand, so that we can take adequately take your observations (or comments) into account during the laboratory.
