Extended deadline for assignments 5 and 6.

We have decided to extend the deadline for:

  • Assignment 5: until 18.11 at 23:59
  • Assignment 6: until 24.11 at 23:59

Correction of assignment 5 and 6

After the deadlines has expired, we will only focus on ensuring that all the formalities are in place, such as that all files are present and named correctly, that the README looks good and that the SolidWorks files work.

After the demo(26.11), we will consider assignments 4, 5, 6 and 7 as one project delivery. We will give feedback as soon as possible after 26.11.

Lab next week

Attendance in the lab on both Monday (17.11) and Wednesday (19.11) next week will be voluntary, but highly reccomended to attend. If you have any questions, this is the time.

We booked the MoCap lab (4303) all week which is more suitable for running experiments with walking robots. We’ve also set up a background and lighting in MoCap so that you can take better pictures of the robots.

Demonstration 26.11

The demonstration will be held next to the reception on the 1st floor of IFI/OJD. We have invited all employees at the ROBIN group to come by. There will also be a vote for the audience favorite.

Diploma ceremony for popular vote (assign. 1), strongest part (assign. 3) and the audience favorite (assign. 7) will be held first thing after the event at 14:00.

Attendance at the demo: The event starts 12:15, but we need the time from 11:15 for rigging. Expect to help reorganizing the tables after 14:00 as well.
