1) Servo actuated bipedal walking robot

I have chosen servo actuated bipedal walking robot as the topic for my project. My motivation for this is that i have studied 3 years of robotics and yet have not made a walking robot. I think this will be a good learning experience that will be very useful for potential future robotics projects.

2) Goals

I want my robot to be able run really fast. I also want my robot to look cool or interesting. To do this i will try to use a simple AI-algorithm to train fast movemenet, maybe through evolutionary algorithms or reinforcement learning. Otherwise i could use a trial and error type of tuning of the dynamixel controllers.
