Update in the project 1 submission details

Hi all,

We want to give you a heads up that the submission details of project 1 have been updated with (hopefully) clearer instructions on how to make your group's GitHub repo ready for submission. The accompanying document environment_setup.pdf outlines how you can make sure that your code and results are reproducible.

NB: Please read the new details about the validate_project1.py file in project1.pdf. You have to write and submit this file for us to be able to load your PyTorch models. An outline of this file can be found in the example repo, which has also been updated.
