Reflect:

• The introduction of dockless electric scooters can be considered a novel institutional arrangement leading to digital transformation of personal transport in cities. The transactional platforms linking users, scooters, and collectors/chargers challenge existing institutions around transport, like described in the news article. Explore the phenomena through an institutional lens, using concepts from the literature. What do you think will happen with all the scooters around Oslo and other cities?
