Postpone Assignment 2 and 3.

Because there is a slight chance in the main lecture schedule, the Assignment 2 and 3 will be postponed 1 week, meaning that 04.10-18.10 for the 2nd assignment and 25.10-08.11 for the 3rd assignment.
