Dear all

As mentioned on the lecture today, there is a seminar tomorrow that may be interesting for some of you.

The title of the seminar is "Kunstig intelligens og store spr?kmodeller i helse- og omsorgstjenesten: Hvordan gj?r vi tilpasninger til norske forhold?", and here a group from Helsedirektoratet will present a recent report on this topic.

The seminar takes place at Nasjonalbiblioteket May 16th 8:30-10:00 and is free and open to all.

Dear all,

This Thursday (May 15), we will have our final lecture of the course. We will provide a brief overview of the topics covered and discuss the exam, but we will dedicate most of the time to a Q&A session.

Therefore, we invite you to think about any questions you would like to discuss with us. This will be your last opportunity before the exam. :)

Kind regards, Troels and Sune

Dear all

I was informed last week that many of you are prevented from participating in the IN4380 seminar next week, as there are exams planned the same day. Of course, we understand that this may prevent you from attending the seminar.

However, just to reassure those not affected, there will still be a seminar that day, and I hope to see all who are not prevented by exams.

Kind regards,

Troels

Dear all

This is just to let you know that there will not be a seminar on IN4380 on May 6th, as there is no teaching on May 1st due to the holliday.

See you next time on May 8th for the last ordinary lecture of the semester (beyond the course summary on May 15th).

Kind regards,
Troels

Dear all

As part of the seminar yesterday, the participating students compiled the following list of resources that may contain relevant information in relation to mandatory assignment #2. Please be aware that this is not a curated list of references and that you, as always, must consider the validity of the resources - but hopefully it can be of inspiration when responding to the assignment:

Dear all

This is just a kind reminder that Margunn Aanestad visits the course on Thursday, February 20th, to give a lecture on the topic of Primary Healthcare.

The lecture is highly recommended as Margunn is very knowledgeable on the topic, so we hope to see as many of you as possible. For those legitimately prevented from attending, please remember to add your information in the following document, to receive access to a recording of the lecture: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CL8kfo5evGniiKCi5CkSqbHBVwBNrndw7abW5C0OaxU/edit?usp=sharing

Dear all,

As announced, the group session will be conducted online 10:15-12 due to winter vacation that prevents some of you from attending in person.

Dear all

As previously announced we understand that some students will be legitimately prevented in participating in lecture 4 on February 20th because of the school break. To compensate for this, the lecture will be recorded (expect moderate quality) and shared afterwards. Of course, we strongly encourage all other students to participate in-person.

We will share the recording by sending a dowload link to those interested. The recording will NOT be available on the course page, as this will not allow us to restrict access to students following the course.

Therefore, to receive access to the recording, please add your information (name and email address) to the following Google doc:

Dear all,

Since no one showed up for the group session tonight, there is, of course, no recording.

Since I do not want to leave you empty-handed, here are some links to some of my Perplexity threads where I prompt the chatbot to get more information about the Norwegian eHealth strategy.

eHealth strategy implementation

AI, digitalization, and eHealth strategy alignment

Enjoy reading. :)

If you want to participate, come prepared (see previous message) and join at 20:00 tonight.

Dear all,

It has come to our attention that several of you have signed up for “Norway Life Science 2025.”

We want to support the conference and your participation, which is professionally relevant to the course.

However, the conference schedule conflicts with the group session on February 11th.
