SSH authentication issue: solution now available

It has come to our attention that some of you have been experiencing problems accessing your VM instances.

We have identified an issue with the configuration system which randomly causes this to happen.

We have now published a new master image labelled version 2 which includes a workaround for the problem.

If you have not yet created an instance, or are locked out of your instance:

Launch a new instance based on the "IN3230/4230 master image version 2" image.

If you have already created an instance, and have been able to access it:

Please run the following command to avoid any future issues related to this:

sudo systemctl disable openvswitch-switch.service

We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the non-deterministic nature of the bug, it did not appear when we tested the original image.
