Welcome to the course!

• Our first session on Monday 18 August. In this lecture, we'll provide a brief overview of the topics, describe the lecturing weekly schedule, and tell you about the weekly exercise and mandatory component practicalities.
• This first lecture is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended to meet up.

• This year, we will use the book Applied digital signal processing: theory and practice by Manolakis and Ingle.

• The university library has a couple of print versions available, it can be purchased at several book stores, and it is also available in PDF version.
