Best wishes for your final exam preparations!
As mentioned in today's Q&A session: the resources available in our Instructions & curriculum related section might be helpful in your preparation for the oral exams.
Please submit before 29 November your preferred exam date within the 6-7-8 December block: https://nettskjema.no/a/382305
We will try to accommodate everybody's preferences, but cannot guarantee this will be possible. In the same webform, you are also asked to tick off what is your preferred language choice.
Thanks all who came and contributed in the guest lecture session on Tuesday. The Elliptic Labs team here provide contact and info links:
- Job opportunities: Summer intern & DSP and ML engineer
- Linkedin contacts: Ola Sandstad & Carl Haakonsen & Torstein Forseth
Thursday 19 October is deadline for the mandatory project so we don't have a submission session for weekly exercises today. Therefore, THE WEEKLY SUBMISSION SESSION AT 10h15 ON WEDNESDAY 18 OCTOBER is converted into a project support lecture. (Accidentally first clicked "cancel" on the 10h15 session instead of the 8h15 session. It is the 10h15 that will take place.)
Based on the responses we received in the survey, we have concluded that the oral exams will take place on 6-8 December.
Please fill out the poll in Discourse: follow link
Due to little demand we will not have group lectures this week. But if you have any questions you are free to send us group teachers an email or message on Discourse.
See you next week!
There are no lectures or exercises planned for next week, which means you have 2 weeks to finish the current exercise set.
There are no group lectures planned next week because of this, but we are willing to have another group lecture if many people want to attend.

Just a clarification regarding the first course week sessions:
- Since there are no weekly tasks "from last week" to deliver the current week, there will be no Wednesday submission task sessions.
- We organize the Thursday & Friday exercise help sessions the current week. Topic: weekly task set 1 on complex numbers.
Welcome to the wonderful world of digital signal processing! Please take a look in the Course schedule and under the first session. Here we have published three documents: About signal processing, Welcome to the course, and Course instructions.
