Oblig 7 published

The mandatory assignment on OTTR (oblig 7) is now published under obliger. Note that OTTR is also the curriculum for next week's lecture. However, the oblig is published now so that you have a chance to look at it before the lecture next week, where you can ask me questions if anything is unclear :)
