Clarification Oblig3 v?ren 2019:

   "...the number of threads to be used, " 

means

   "...the number of threads to be used for doing the parallel work, i.e., excluding the thread running "main", IF it does not participate in the parallel work as it does not in many of the sample programs shown at the lectures.
