Exam file

Hello everyone,

Our lectures are over last week.

I hope you now know everything about databases and perfectly prepared to the exam!

Remember that you will have access to the all slides of the course as a single file. I prepared this file, it is available here (for now, on the exam it will be inside Inspera).

Please note that page numbers is very useful thing to work with this file. On the first page, you see the table of contents with page numbers for every set of lectures. Then, you will have an opportunity to use ¡®go to page¡¯ functionality in Inspera, so you can enter a page number of the relevant lecture and go straight to the material. Please, try it on your local machine (every reasonable PDF reader has ¡®go to page¡¯).

As a side comment, note that page numbers (in the bottom right corner) in this document are correct only for the first slide of each lecture, but for the slides in the middle of lectures may be not; they are, however, always increasing.

Another useful tool is search for specific words; I am sure you know how to use it.

PS I believe it is really important for you to familiarise yourself with how to work with this file, because otherwise you may spend a significant amount of precious exam time for learning this. 

PPS Even if you do not watch lecture recordings usually, I strongly recommend you to watch the beginning of the last lecture, the one where we discussed the last year exam. I discussed several things there that I believe are quite useful for your understanding of the exam procedure.
