Info about the exam in the molbiol portion of the MBV2020 course

The exam for the MBV2020 course will be on Tuesday, June 15, from 14:30 - 16:30 in "Store lesesal, Vilhem Bjerknes' hus".

Pensum will be the course manual and the lab protocols (journaler). Please read through these carefully. Students should be able to explain important molecular biology methods, e.g. 'agarose gel electrophoresis', know the function of important reagents used in the course, e.g. 'the 1 kb ladder', and be able to interpret results that are similar to the results obtained in the course lab. It is not required to learn details like specific concentrations used, specific instrumentation, etc..
