Curriculum for the midterm exam

Wallace and Hobbs:

- Chapter 3 (all)

-Chapter 9: Sections 9.1 (except 9.1.6), 9.2.1, 9.2.2 (until but not including equation 9.19c), 9.2.4 and 9.3.2.

The remaining part of chapter 9 is not included in the curriculum.
