Assignment on reflection & transmission coefficients

The main document assignment.pdf contains a description of the programs to use and the problems that need to be addressed in the report. 

In brief: the program coeff.linux.x (runs on Linux, it was tested on ice.uio.no) is a text based program that calculates reflection and transmission coefficients for a given medium configuration and saves these in an output file. This output file can then be plotted either using the Matlab script plot_coeff.m or GMT script plot_coeff.gmt .
