After the field trip to Finse, different relevant research topics will be presented and discussed.  A VERY preliminary overview over the course program, topics and requirements will be published shortly. The documents will also include reading lists.  Some of the labs require access to computer labs, so changes in time are possible.  During the course we will use Fronter for most of the time for data exchange and communication.

The first gathering after the Finse field course is scheduled week 38:

THURSDAY, 22.9.

From Monday morning 12. September to Sunday late afternoon 18. September there will be a combined excursion and fieldwork period at the Finse Research Station. More details on this later.

Thursday 8. September 12:15-14:00 there will be introductory lectures on the activities at Finse.

Unfortunately we had to move one lecture from wednesday to monday to make room for a lecture in another course.

Attendance at the first lecture is compulsory. Students who fail to meet, are considered to have withdrawn from the course unless they have previously given notice to the Studies administration, E-mail address: studieinfo@geo.uio.no
