FYS3410: recommended literature

Dear All.

In this course we will follow one of the most classical book dealing with the introduction to the solid state physics, namely Charles Kittel "Introductions to Solid Phase Physics", preferably the 8th edition. The book may be available at the university bookstore at Blindern.
