As agreed with the students, the Wednesday session from 12:15 - 14:00 will be moved to 10:15 - 12:00 ( new place: V172 (Tidrommet)) starting from 29.8.2018. 

Welcome to (Hands-on) Advanced Particle Physics - FYS4555!

We will closely follow the book Modern Particle Physics by Marc Thomson.

Gain a fairly deep understanding of the Standard Model  and how it explains all current experimental data.

First lecture 20.8.2018.
