Welcome to the first lectures in FYS4260/3260 Microsystems and Electronics Packaging

Welcome to the first lecture of FYS4260/FYS3260, which will take place at the FY Lille fysiske Aud in the Physics building at 14:15-16:00 Wednesday Jan 22nd.

During this lecture, you will be introduced the course objectives and content, as well as information about the mandatory project work.

There will also be a lecture on Thursday Jan 23rd 10:15-12:00 in the Kristian Birkeland aud. where I will give an introductory overview of important processes used in electronics packaging. A course canvas site will also be made availiable before the lectures start where you will also get access to the Lecture notes.
