Lecture notes on gravitational lensing

I am basing my lectures on gravitational lensing on the lecture notes by  Narayan and Bartelmann, http://folk.uio.no/hdahle/JeruLect.pdf

Sections 1 - 3.5.3 (with the exception of sections 2.2.2 - 2.3) will be part of the curriculum for this course instead of section 7.4 in the textbook.
