The two upcoming weeks exercises and lectures will trade places. This means:

Wednesday 18th of February: Exercises

Friday 20th of February: Lectures

Wednesday 25th of February: Exercises

Friday 27th of February: Lectures

This Friday we are going through the exercise set called week 4.

This Friday we are going through the exercise set called "week 3".

This Friday we are looking at the exercise set named "Week 2"

In this course there will be 4 mandatory assignements. They are due on the 6th of March, the 17th of April, the 8th of May and the 29th of May and you can find the actual assignements in the exercise problem sets for week 7, week 11, week 13 and week 15 respectively.

We will use devilry (devilry.ifi.uio.no) to deliver and give feedback on the assignements. If you have questions on how to use devilry, or you can't log in (please try to login with your uio username and password to check that you get in and find the deadlines), please send an email to marit.sandstad@astro.uio.no

Welcome to the first week of teaching in this course.

This week there will be both a regular lecture on Wednesday and and exercise session on Friday.

The exercise session will go through the set called Week 1 so please prepare for that.

Practical information on the course, mandatory assignements etc. will also be given during this weeks teaching.
