IDL exercises La Palma

Hi,

The problem text and files for the IDL exercises can be found here.

To download the files while connected to a linux machine at the institute, run this command in your working directory:

wget address-of-file

To unpack the .tar file run:

tar -xvf file.tar

Update: to get access to fzread, after setting everything up as normal, but *before* running the sswidl command, run the following in the terminal:

setenv IDL_DLM_PATH "/astro/local/rsi/idl64/bin/bin.linux.x86_64/:+/mn/xsan/u1/rouppe/idl/ana-linux/"
