If you have questions regarding the 4-hour exam and the “regulations for support materials” you are welcome to drop by and speak with student advisors, 6 and 13 November, from 12.15- 14.00, in Theologisk eksamssal, 2 th.floor, Domus Academica. Some materials regarding exam preparations will be uploaded on the semster page within the next few days.
Please note that the the lecture of 5 November is postponed to 12 November and that one hour is added to the lectures 7 and 14 November. Please check updated timetable.
Students have the opportunity to submit a mock exam by 31October in Fronter. The mock exam instruction is posted on the semester page

Thursday 17 October 2013 10.15-12:We will have one part of the Lecture 5: Council of Europe and the guest lecture by Dag Hareide on the work of NGOs on Indigenous Peoples' Rights and the Environment.
You have been assigned cases, and new cases (lecture 5) will be on FRONTER.
You will also have the MOCK Exam on the FRONTER on THursday 17 October 2013. You should complete the exam and hand it in 24 October 2013.

Please note that there is now established only one Fronter room for bachelor and master students. When you log into "new Fronter" you will find "JUS5710 fellesrom" - which is the room where Maria Lundberg will publish all materials and messages. Due to unexpected events Maria Lundberg had to cancel the lecture of 24 September, please see rescheduled plan. NB! The lecture of 26 September starts 09.15!
Our lecture on Thursday 26 Septembr we will focus on our case study on China: Minority and Indigenous Peoples' Rights in Development. I would like you all to consult the following documents. We will have two Chinese Professors visiting us: Prof. Pan Jiao fro Minzu University, Beijing and Prof. Wang Qiliang from Yunnan University Law School, Kunming.
I would also like you to consult one of the articles by myself and Zhou Yong;

Please note that Maria Lundberg offers an extra review lecture 19. September from 09.15, see updated timetable. The focus will be on Minority Rights.

The purpose with this course is to give the basic guidelines to international students who don’t have knowledge about the Norwegian exam system.
An introductory course in answering exam questions will be held by Associate Professor Christina Voigt September 17, 12:15-14:00, Aud 14, Domus Bibliotecha. A booklet with examples of previous exam questions will be distributed at the meeting
