The last lecture on Thursday 22 March 14-16 will address the case of ECHR: Dahlab v. Switzerland. Please, read and prepare it for discussion in class. We will also give you a brief overview over the main points of each part of the course. Please prepare any questions that you may have. Mock exam questions will be given to you on Monday 2 April by Bente. You should complete the mock exam by Wednesday 18 April at 16.00. You have to send it in to Bente by e-mail.(only) - (b.l.kraabol@jus.uio.no). We will have one session 14-16 on Friday 27 April when we go through the mock exam.

Due to clash between lectures on Monday 26 February (Leading Cases and Women's law and human rights), the Leading Cases lecture on Monday 26 February, 14.15-16:00, is postponed to Tuesday 27 February from 14:15-16, the lunchroom NCHR.

Compilations of cases are now available on 5th floor, NCHR (Norwegian Centre of Human Rights), Universitetsgt. 22-24 (next to bookstore Norli). There are two compilations of cases.

There has been an error in the syllabus: Under session 3: Rights of Minorities and Indigenous Peoples, the books by Donders (pp 163-225, 247-300) and Henrard (pp 218-278), are required reading, and not only recommended reading.

Communication between students and teachers is made via Fronter, the virtual classroom at University of Oslo. Keep in mind that e-mails sent in Fronter will be directed only to the student e-mail accounts and not to your external email adresses.
