As the Geneva Convention is missing from Brownlie's book, those of you who want to bring it with you under the exam, may copy it from a book (f.eks the 'blue book', i.e the 'Folkerettslig tekstsamling' by Buflod, Sannes og Aaseb? (Collection of public intern. law texts) NB! any photocopy must indicate that it orginates from a public document (this means that you must ensure that the line (bottom or head) of the name of the book you are copying from must be readable on each copy you make.

AUXILIARY MATERIAL (lovlige hjelpemidler) 1. General materials It is permitted to take into the exam all national and international legal instruments ¨Ci.e., treaties, conventions, directives, regulations, statutes and the like- in their officially published English version, in the form of books, offprints or photocopies.

Printouts from computer databases/internet are not permitted.

(For reasons of control, any photocopy must indicate that it orginates from a public document) * Please note that photocopies are strictly forbidden! Remember to read point 1-4 in the auxiliary material. Remember the information meeting about the auxiliary material on November 20, 10.15, Aud 6, DA - if you have any questions, do not hesitate to speak out!

EXAM The exam takes place on 7 December. The location for your exam will appear on the course website approximately one week prior to the exam date. Remember to be present at 08:30 at the latest - students material are being checked (for control reasons). The exam begins at 10:00 - 16:00.
