Deadline for handing in the ¡­

Deadline for handing in the Formal Presentation: 1st November.

When writing your Formal Presentation, please use the thesis template and the guidance for the thesis that you should use later on when writing your thesis (see left side). Try to follow the template and guidance to the extent possible.

The Formal Presentation should be max. 15 pages (and not one sentence more!) - bibliography and outline not included. This is what should be included in your Formal Presentation:

• (0) Outline
• (1) Problem statement - research questions
• (2) Background
• (3) Sources and methodology to be used
• (4) Overview over applicable HR standards and procedures
• (5) If possible - a Preliminary conclusion
• (6) Bibliography

Some of you will get appointed an external person (expert) with whom you will have 2-3 sessions (that equals about 3 hours in total including his/her reading time). You will be notified by end of September/beginning of October.
