You are supposed to compose …

You are supposed to compose your own reading list. This reading list should consist of 800-1000 pages from the suggested literature

We advice that students who have not read Doyle's book in earlier courses (MEVIT1310) include this in their reading list. Student's who have read Doyle's book in earlier courses may not include this on their reading list, but it could be very useful to reread the book.

In addition, we advice that you select literature from the areas you are the most interested in. If you are mainly interested in advertising and print media - select as much as possible from these areas, if your interest lies within audiovisual and new media - select literature from television, film and web media etc.

The books will be available at Akademika (the most central books), the University Library and Amazon.co.uk. Journal articles are available online through Bibsys (access through university computer). Some readings not yet published will be made available by the lecturers. Because students are supposed to compose their own reading list - and because most articles are electronically available, a compedium will not be available at Akademika.
