• Week 40: First lecture, September 29, 12.15 - 13.00, room 205.

After the lecture there will be a short meeting at 14.15, room 418.

• Week 41: Library Course. Se the web site

• Week 43: Group work: Two master theses shall be presented. The theses can be found at this site

or at the library

To evaluate the theses see this site

• Week 44: Group work: Chapters from Wayne Booth et. al shall be presented: chapter 3 - 6 and 7-11

• Week 45: Group work: Comment a research outline.

We will discuss details at the meeting Sept. 29. at 14.15.

Everyone must send their outline / research idea / sketch to seminar teacher Henry Manisah as soon as possible: h.n.mainsah@media.uio.no

• Portfolio assessment.

The assessment consists of three items.

1. A group assignment in which the group analyses a Master¡¯s thesis of their own choice.

2. An individual written response to a fellow student¡¯s outline for a project description.

3. The student¡¯s own project description (more information will be provided on the semester web-page).

The first two items must be approved before the final project description is handed in for approval.
