Important!
Note that I will, unfortunately, be 'out' on not-planned paternity leave for the next four weeks. See more information in Fronter. ALW
Note that today's seminar for ENG 2505/4525 has been cancelled due to illness. We will continue with challenges to Britishness next week, thus simply moving the seminar series back by one week. A new teaching plan will appear in Fronter shortly.
NB: You should submit your topic proposal / draft essay in Fronter as planned today, but there is now no need for a paper copy - I will print them out from Fronter. ALW
A submissions folder for the OPTIONAL draft essay has now been opened in the "Innleveringer"-folder in Fronter. It is the same folder for 2505 and 4525. Note that the deadline has been set to 20 October
ENG 4525-students will need to submit a preliminary proposal for essay topic on Tuesday 19 Sept at the lastest. We will discuss essay topics during class on Wednesday. Use the folder named 'ENG 4525 Essay topics' in the folder for 'Innleveringer' in Fronter.
Note that we will be meeting at a different location (again) next week (17 Sept.): Auditorium 3, Helga Engs hus
OBS! Undervisning vil v?re: Wednesday 12:15 -14:00, Seminarrom 2 Sophus Bugges hus ( 25 August to 1 December)
Dear students, welcome to a new semester! A detailed course plan for ENG 4525 will be published in Fronter (fronter.uio.no) on Tuesday 24 August. In the meantime, note that there will be a guestlecture: "Scotland and the Second World War: a Military History" by Dr. Jeremy Crang, Uni. of Edinburgh, which will be held on 3 September at 12:15-14:00 in Auditorium 3 Sophus Bugge (for those who may be interested). Best wishes, Atle Wold
